Michelle joined CSG as Connections Coordinator in 2018, moving to our quotes team in July 2025 and brings a strong passion for her role and its responsibilities.
With a degree in English Literature and Language, Michelle has cultivated a lifelong love of reading. In her downtime, she enjoys long weekend walks, trips to the theatre, occasional city breaks, and, of course, curling up with a great book to unwind.
