The brief
Originally envisioned by the developer as a scheme of 150 new units, predominantly flats, the scheme has been extensively revised and now features 81 two and three-bedroom houses.
Charging points for electric vehicles are proposed for each new home, and at visitor parking spaces. The revised plans also include a natural and amenity play area.
