Jessica Pointing
Managing Director
Jessica began her career at the age of 21, working for a major gas and electricity supplier. Over the following years, she expanded her expertise in the energy industry by joining a utility connection consultancy firm and later a utility connection contractor, where she gained invaluable hands-on training.
Armed with this diverse experience—and three months pregnant with her daughter, Ruby—Jessica achieved her proudest milestone by co-founding CSG Utilities Limited in 2015.
Outside of work, Jessica has a passion for traveling, exploring new cultures, and discovering unique destinations.
Michelle Palmer
Connections Coordinator
Michelle joined CSG as Connections Coordinator in 2018 and brings a strong passion for her role and its responsibilities. Collaborating closely with our projects team, she ensures the seamless delivery and coordination of utility infrastructure for your developments.
With a degree in English Literature and Language, Michelle has cultivated a lifelong love of reading. In her downtime, she enjoys long weekend walks, trips to the theatre, occasional city breaks, and, of course, curling up with a great book to unwind.
Caroline Hadi
Operations Manager
Caroline has worked in the industry since 2011, joining CSG in 2015. She proves to be a real asset to the business and her enthusiasm is infectious.
Outside of work, Caroline has a deep passion for the culinary arts. Whether experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or perfecting a classic dish, cooking is her favourite way to unwind and express creativity. When she’s not cooking, Caroline enjoys exploring the vibrant local food scene, trying new restaurants, and discovering hidden gems. Additionally, Caroline enjoys travelling as a time to recharge, explore new places, and find inspiration—often through the local cuisines of their destinations!

Project Coordinator Manager
Cheryl joined CSG in February 2024, bringing with her over five years of valuable experience in the utilities industry. During her career, she has earned an impressive 40+ five-star Google reviews, a testament to her commitment to delivering outstanding service. Cheryl was drawn to CSG by the opportunity to provide a more personal, tailored approach to clients—something she is truly passionate about.
She thrives on the challenge of delivering exceptional service and enjoys using her extensive knowledge and experience to help clients successfully navigate their projects.
Outside of work, Cheryl treasures her weekends spent with family, friends, and her beloved dog, Milo. She also loves the time she spends at the Lake District, where her family’s motorboat provides the perfect setting for socializing, relaxing, and savoring a glass of Prosecco.

Outside of work, Ella loves spending her free time immersed in music, often attending live gigs and concerts. She also enjoys unwinding with peaceful walks in the park, accompanied by her loyal golden retriever, Mabel. Whether it’s soaking in the atmosphere of a lively music venue or enjoying the serenity of nature, Ella balances her active lifestyle with moments of relaxation and joy.

Quotes Coordinator
Megan joined our team in January 2022 and heads our quotes team as a Quotes Coordinator. Her dedication, attention to detail, and approachable nature ensure clients receive accurate and timely quotes, making her a vital part of the team.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys attending live music gigs with her partner and spending quality time with her family. She shares her home with Daisy, her lovable boxer dog, and together they enjoy long walks, outdoor adventures, and relaxing UK breaks exploring new places and countryside escapes.
