Jessica Pointing
Managing Director
Jessica started her career working at a major gas and electric supplier from the tender age of 21. Over the next few years she then worked at a utility connection consultancy firm to further her knowledge within the energy industry. Then onto a utility connection contractor to gain first-hand training.
With this varied experience now in place and 3 months pregnant with her daughter Ruby, it provided her with the skills and qualities to set up her greatest achievement and establish CSG Utilities Limited in 2015.
She loves travelling, soaking up new cultures and places.
Michelle Palmer
Connections Coordinator
Michelle took up the position of connections coordinator at CSG over 5 years ago and has a strong passion for her role and the responsibilities this involves. She has an English literature and language degree.
Time out for Michelle is taking long weekend walks, curling up with a good book, and the occassional city break with a theatre trip to top it off.
Caroline Hadi
Operations Manager
Caroline has worked in the industry for over 13 years, joining CSG in 2015. She proves to be a real asset to the business and her enthusiasm is infectious.
Nicola Allan
Key Account Manager
One of our newest members of the team, Nicola joined us in 2022 and has since flourished developing and opening up many exciting opportunities. Her passion is maintaining strong long term working relationships with clients. She has won numerous new accounts in her time as an account and sales manager within utilities, construction and commercial for the last 15 years.
Nicola spends much of her time with her partner and children, making time to take a trip or two at any chance.
