Overview

1-5 Church Street, Enfield is a mixed-use scheme which included the change of use of 3no retail units (A1) to 1 new bank (A2). This included the merging of three units to form one unit with a new shop front along with the full refurbishment of the flats above.

CSG were appointed for the procurement and co-ordination of the services.
