A large mixed-tenure residential development delivering 120 apartments with fully integrated utility infrastructure.

The brief
Residential scheme comprising of three interlinked blocks at three, five and ten storeys, with three landscaped podiums and under croft parking. These deliver 120 apartments of mixed tenure, consisting of private sale, private rent, shared ownership and affordable rent properties. We provided temporary builders supplies for the initial build, followed by a new 500kVA substation with electric services, new water mains with services and a U160 gas supply including meter. We also worked alongside our sister company CSG Design, who provided a full Mechanical & Engineering package.
Scope of Work
We provided our client with a comprehensive and cost effective package from one of our multi-utility contractors. This allowed for all works to be completed together, on time and under the developer’s budget.
