Refurbishment merging three retail units into a single bank with upgraded utilities and renovated residential flats above.
The brief
Refurbishment of an existing building, merging 3 no. retail units into 1 no. bank and renovation of the flats above. We arranged the disconnection of all existing supplies, installation of new supplies to the bank and flats above including a landlord supply, and arranging meters including supply contracts to each unit.
Scope of Work
Due to the location of the site along a TfL route, this became a complex scheme for traffic management, alongside both network owners being unable to work together on the same permit. We liaised with the council to arrange seperate permits for a bus stop closure and lane closure to enable to the works to be completed on time.
