Overview

Puregym, Crayford is a new commercial unit development situated on the Tower Retail Park. The Crayford town centre gym has been situated on the former site of Maplins and Topps Tiles and is part of a wider city centre regeneration project. CSG Utilities Limited were appointed to carry out the full co-ordination of the utility services.

This included combining units 116a (Topps Tile) and unit 116b (Maplin) into a single unit for Puregym.

CSG Utilities were appointed to carry out the full co-ordination of the services which included disconnection of the existing services and installation of new larger supplies.
