A former magistrates court transformed into twenty-three luxury apartments with fully coordinated new utility infrastructure.
The brief
The Courts is an exclusive conversion and new build development of the old Magistrates Courts which our client sympathetically converted into a collection of twenty three modern luxury apartments. We arranged the supply of temporary builders supplies, followed by a three phase electric BNO supply, U16 gas supply and 50mm bulk water supply, including individual electric and water meters for each apartment. We also worked alongside our sister company CSG Design who provided a full Mechanical & Electrical package.
Scope of Work
We co-ordinated each utility seperately to line up with site requirements, including arranging both footpath and road closures for the relevant works. Our client requested plot call offs in groups of 5, which we planned seamlessly with each contractor to avoid delays on site.
